Parkview House
Parkview House is a new and unique development of twenty-five custom one and two-bedroom flats situated less than a mile from the train station and the heart of Wokingham. This development is a conversion of an office block into luxurious flats. The developer supplied Pace with a complete set of plans on a traditional JCT Contract.
Lakeside Staines
Lakeside Staines was formerly a purpose-built office development comprising three buildings, namely Lakeside House, Lakeside East and Lakeside West. These buildings have been converted into 103 apartments with associated parking and landscaping. The development overlooks a man-made lake which is surrounded by trees. The site is situated 5 minutes from Staines-Upon-Thames town centre.
