Pace Construction Ltd began trading in 2009 when our founder, Alex, began offering extensions and loft conversions for homeowners across Surrey. We expanded to become a full-service construction company and formally registered in 2015. In 2018, after continued growth, Alban joined as a director, bringing in a wealth of experience and knowledge. We are a family-run business with a friendly, approachable team and we pride ourselves on always taking a professional ethos to all work undertaken. Our team offers a unique mix of expertise from both trade and corporate backgrounds.
Our management team has over 70 years of combined experience, and our in-house tradespeople are accomplished at completing fast-paced construction projects that are finished to the highest standard. In addition to our capable in-house team, we also have a large network of vetted and approved subcontractors whose specialist skills can ensure even the most difficult of projects will run smoothly.
