Parkview House is a new and unique development of twenty-five custom one and two-bedroom flats situated less than a mile from the train station and the heart of Wokingham. This development is a conversion of an office block into luxurious flats. The developer supplied Pace with a complete set of plans on a traditional JCT Contract.

Pace went on site and ensured everything was built to spec. The quality finish of Parkview House is enhanced by high ceilings, mezzanine storage areas, and smart privacy glass. We made sure all the finishes were done with great workmanship including the fitting of the Zanussi appliances in the kitchens.

Pace Construction completed the project in 18 months as per the construction program.
