4 St James is a development of luxury apartments consisting of an executive studio and spacious 1 and 2 bedroom contemporary living apartments.  An architect designed development, with a client supplied bill of quantities, let on a traditional JCT contract.

Initially another builder was instructed to undertake the build but there were issues found with defective brickwork and their contract was terminated.  The client selected another contractor, whose brickwork was also found to be flawed and yet again the contractors contract was terminated. At this time, the developer needed a builder who came highly recommended and could successfully advance the project.

The developer was advised to proceed with Pace Construction due to its strong recommendations, ability to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge, and commitment to building correctly.

Pace Construction rectified the errors and completed the build, turning the project round and completing it in less than a year to the delight of the developer.
